1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Pathfin helps you create Finnish-style CVs and cover letters and track job applications. The service is provided "as is". AI-generated content is a draft — review it before sending to employers.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not use the service for illegal purposes or to harass others.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Free tier limits apply as described on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• Founding Member (lifetime) plans are a one-time payment with no recurring charge and are non-refundable.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, except where required by Finnish consumer law.

5. Intellectual property

• Your CV data and cover letters belong to you.
• We do not claim ownership of content you create with the service.
• The Pathfin brand, code, and templates are our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pathfin's liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are resolved in the District Court of Helsinki, or via the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi) for consumer matters.

8. Changes

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
